Olufunke Olise I have WhatsApp Joyo over this and have received no replies.
The vacuum barely works. It will pick up some dust and hair. It will not pick up any pieces of sand or small pieces of dirt. It cannot pick up tiny pieces of paper even. The vacuum also falls apart. It will not stay assembled. The vacuum heats up quickly IF it stays on but ofter turns itself off repeatedly. I am greatly disappointed.
I have been please with Joyo products and customer service in the past but this experience has not been good.
